  • 5+ years of experience with facility management tender process.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Facilities Management tenders including both hard and soft services projects
  • Analyze tender document, RFP and specifications.
  • Coordinate with client for site visit.
  • Develop bid manpower, consumables, tools and equipment, SSM etc.
  • Communicate with internal departments for planning of relevant manpower, specialized services for annual maintenance cost.
  • Liaise and coordinate with QHSE teams to gather necessary information and prepare technical proposal.
