• Strong practical knowledge of audits and ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 41000 standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

MEP SUPERVISOR!

• Proven superior knowledge & Experience in FM operations, especially hard services (Mechanical & Electrical).

• Hotel Experience is Highly required.

CAFM OPERATOR

Requirements:

• Good knowledge & experience in the Facilities Management Industry is required.
• Good Knowledge of the CAFM system (FSI) is required. 9 3+ Years experience in a similar position in a reputable facilities management company in UAE.
• Prior experience in a Call Center is preferred.
• Good verbal & written communication & Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform administrative duties. Sufficient Skills in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel).

FM Bid Estimator

• 5+ years of experience with facility management tender process.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Facilities Management tenders including both hard and soft services projects
• Analyze tender document, RFP and specifications.
• Coordinate with client for site visit.
• Develop bid manpower, consumables, tools and equipment, SSM etc.
• Communicate with internal departments for planning of relevant manpower, specialized services for annual maintenance cost.
• Liaise and coordinate with QHSE teams to gather necessary information and prepare technical proposal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple proposals and meet deadlines Bachelor Degree in Electrical or mechanical engineering is must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
